Who We Are

Brittany Ganesan is the founder of Cyber Shepherd FedTech Advisory LLC and brings 15 years of experience at the intersection of healthcare cybersecurity, governance, and federal contracting. A former Federal employee serving as acting Deputy CISO and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) lead at the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), she has the rare combination of federal agency inside knowledge and private sector agility that small businesses and federal contractors need most.

Brittany is a speaker, advisor, and educator, she translates complex federal compliance requirements like FedRAMP, ATO, HIPAA,  into practical, mission-driven strategies that protect patient data and enable contract success.
